Marketplace & Enquiry Policies
SivakasiMarket is a fireworks discovery, marketing and lead-generation platform. Browse catalogues and send estimate requests or enquiries to independent shops. We do not sell fireworks online.
How an estimate enquiry works
Browse a shop's catalogue, select products and quantities, review your contact details and submit your enquiry. The selected shop owner then contacts you directly. Displayed estimates are not final quotations, orders, stock reservations, payment confirmations or delivery bookings. Response time and availability depend on the shop.
No online fireworks checkout
SivakasiMarket does not sell fireworks or collect fireworks product payments through this enquiry service. Any subsequent lawful offline purchase is a separate agreement between the shop owner and customer. Verify the shop, current licence and written terms before paying the seller directly. Never share a password or OTP with a shop or anyone claiming to be support.
Changing or withdrawing an enquiry
An enquiry is not a purchase, so withdrawing interest is not cancellation of a platform fireworks order. Contact the selected shop to correct your request or say you no longer wish to proceed. For a platform record or privacy request, email support@sivakasimarket.com. We cannot recall information already received by a shop; ask it to stop follow-up or address deletion as appropriate.
Offline cancellations, returns and refunds
If you later agree to a lawful offline sale, ask the shop for its cancellation window, return eligibility, refund method and processing time before paying. Contact that shop about damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods or a payment dispute. SivakasiMarket cannot reverse a seller's payment or promise an automatic refund or replacement. Seller terms remain subject to applicable law and do not remove statutory consumer remedies.
Safety, collection and transport
No fireworks dispatch, delivery or transport is booked by submitting an enquiry. The parties must independently confirm whether a proposed sale, collection or transport is lawful and meets current licensing and local restrictions. Do not send fireworks through ordinary post or courier or use the platform's general-goods transport service for them. For unsafe or damaged fireworks, seek safe handling instructions from the licensed seller or relevant authority; do not attempt a routine parcel return.
Report a listing or privacy problem
Email support@sivakasimarket.com with the shop/listing link, enquiry reference, a short explanation and relevant non-sensitive evidence. Tell us if you are reporting suspected fraud, misleading licence claims, unwanted contact or a privacy concern. We may request information needed to verify the request and review platform conduct. This support route does not replace emergency services, regulators or legal remedies.
Other services are separate
These policies describe the fireworks lead-generation service. BuizOS subscriptions, permitted non-fireworks transactions and other separately enabled services have their own disclosed scope and terms. Their records or payment features must not be interpreted as an online fireworks sale or a guarantee of an offline transaction.
