Terms of Use
SivakasiMarket is a fireworks discovery, marketing and lead-generation platform. Browse catalogues and send estimate requests or enquiries to independent shops. We do not sell fireworks online.
1. What the platform does
SivakasiMarket connects interested customers with independent shop owners. For fireworks, our service is limited to catalogue discovery and sending estimate requests or enquiries. SivakasiMarket is not the seller, manufacturer, payment collector or delivery provider for an offline fireworks purchase.
2. Enquiries and estimates are not purchases
A product selection, displayed total, downloaded price list, estimate, enquiry reference or seller response does not place a fireworks order, reserve stock, confirm payment or book delivery. Catalogue prices and availability are indicative and supplied by shops. The shop owner contacts the customer directly to discuss current availability and final terms. Sending an enquiry does not oblige you to buy, or the shop to sell.
3. Independent offline transactions
Any subsequent lawful offline sale is agreed directly between the customer and shop owner, outside the platform's fireworks enquiry service. Before paying, confirm the seller's identity, current licence, final price, taxes, invoice, collection or lawful fulfilment arrangements and cancellation/refund terms. Product payments are made directly to the seller, not to SivakasiMarket through this enquiry service. We do not hold those funds or provide escrow, product-payment verification or a buyer-protection guarantee.
4. Eligibility and lawful conduct
Our fireworks enquiry service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Sellers and customers must comply with applicable Indian law, licensing requirements, local restrictions and any relevant court orders. A listing or enquiry is not permission to buy, sell, possess, use or transport fireworks where prohibited. Do not use this service to bypass restrictions. Public general-goods transport bookings on the platform must not be used for fireworks.
5. Seller information and responsibilities
Shop owners are responsible for their catalogue, rights to uploaded content, accurate prices and descriptions, current licences, product safety, invoices and commitments made directly to customers. A published listing, supplied licence number, paid membership or promotional placement is not a guarantee of independent licence verification, legality, quality or fulfilment. Customers should check current evidence with the shop before any offline transaction.
6. Accounts, enquiries and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact details and submit enquiries only for yourself or with the person's permission. Keep your credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, send spam, upload unlawful or misleading content, infringe rights, misuse personal information or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict accounts or listings for misuse, safety concerns or legal requirements. Account creation alone does not approve a business listing.
7. Privacy and contact permissions
When you submit an enquiry, the selected shop receives the contact and request details you provide so it can respond directly. This is not blanket permission for unrelated promotional calls, SMS, email or WhatsApp messages. Optional marketing permission must be obtained separately. Our Privacy Policy explains platform processing and optional analytics; using the service is not consent to optional analytics or marketing.
8. Complaints and offline sale disputes
Contact the shop first for an offline product, payment, cancellation, return or refund issue. Report misleading listings, suspected fraud, misuse of your details or platform problems to support@sivakasimarket.com with the shop link and enquiry reference where available. We can review platform conduct; we cannot guarantee a seller response, resolve every private dispute or refund money held by a seller. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment credentials. This does not restrict complaints to competent authorities or other legal remedies.
9. Separate business services
Optional BuizOS software, business subscriptions and other enabled services are separate from the fireworks enquiry service. A software or membership payment is not a fireworks product payment and does not make SivakasiMarket the seller of a shop's goods. Review the applicable plan, price, duration and disclosed cancellation/refund terms before buying a business service; contact support if a term is unclear. Business users must review tax, accounting, stock and other records before relying on them.
10. Availability and responsibility
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free shop information, a quotation, a completed sale or a particular outcome. Independent sellers remain responsible for their own products and offline commitments. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes applicable consumer rights or waives our own statutory obligations. These terms are subject to applicable Indian law.
11. Updates and contact
The last-updated date identifies this version. Material changes will be identified on these pages; updated wording does not retrospectively turn an enquiry into a purchase or grant optional marketing consent.
